Gary Corbett, Founder & CEO

Gary is a high-performance leader with a strong record of success in providing business consultancy and leading business transformation.

For more than 30 years, he has consistently led high performing teams, initiated substantial corporate growth and turned-around operations. He is known in the marketplace for his leadership in implementing proven successful methods to uncover team assets and align them with an organization's strategic business goals.

He started Group C Advisors in 2015. Group C is a company that assists small and mid-sized businesses with various challenges of today's dynamic environment, including profit and growth strategies, turnaround, transition/succession planning and change management. Successful engagements include the nation’s leading educational environments provider, a growing material handling dealership, a best-in-class decommissioning company and many others.

Gary is an active member of IFMA, CREW, Accelerent Advisory Board and NAIOP and was co-chair of Leukemia and Lymphoma societies.

Gary's background includes a Master Degree in Behavioral Sciences at Springfield College, in Springfield, MA and a Bachelor of Psychology at the University of Maryland. He lives in Northern Virginia, just outside of Washington D.C. with his wife and two children.

Drawing on her Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and credentials in coaching, strengths facilitation, and project management, Kelly has partnered with leaders across business, nonprofit, and government settings. She brings both structure and heart to her work, focusing on culture, trust, and how people show up for each other. From executive coaching to team offsites, she helps organizations rediscover the energy that comes from working with intention. For Kelly, this work isn’t about consulting; it’s about co-creating change that lasts.

Based in Northern Virginia, Kelly finds balance through yoga, good coffee, time outdoors, and trips to the beach. A proud Gonzaga alum, she’s a loyal Seattle Seahawks and Gonzaga Bulldogs fan—well acquainted with both the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat.
